Hello everyone,
My VAWA was approved about four to five months ago, with no RFE or updates since then. I called USCIS to inquire, and they informed me that my case is in the queue, waiting to be assigned to an officer. It’s really frustrating. Has anyone experienced this? How long did it take for your case to be assigned an officer?

my Wava was approved in June 15 th and didn't get anything from USCIS. 7 month will be soon

@compassion . i waited since 2018. You are in normal processing time. Give them some time and you'll get RFE this year

mine took 4 months for them to ask for medicals after vawa approval then 2 more months for an interview and i got approved my green card yesterday
