request all your files through foia go to the website scroll down and at the end click where it said foia. I did it for my husband a week ago and he got approved yesterday. sometimes these people leave the case and don’t even touch them.

you just got to go to uscis website scroll all the way down and you will see foia click it and it will take you to their page. once you there request for your self. and fallow all questions. good luck

Try local congress inquiry. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

@ waiting forever.. To be honest I don’t know but given the fact that they just didn’t even update that my interview was completed make me wonder that me filing the FOIA did. Also I did contact the congressman for my district on 4/11/24…May be that will help you so your waiting won’t be like mine…Praying for a quick approval for you and my I-485 ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏
