I’m asking this for a friend who filed Wawa .
it been 5 months she filled without receipt but when I ask, wether she paid application fees for I-485 she said no. on my current search it says vawa filling concurrently don’t need to pay for any of the applications . Parol, EAd, vawa, adjustment of status? she also has 3 kids under 15.
I filled my vawa at 2021 and may not have the current information to advice her accordingly.
can anyone here accurately advice if there is a fees for form I-845 . and kids? currently and if USCIS Currently do not accept money order when filling manually per what I read from the site or not.?

you do not pay for VAWA application but you have to pay for the i485 except you’re filing for a waiver and I don’t know how that works.
she can include her children in her application and also file i485 for them too. when I did for my kids, I paid $750 per child.

thanks . she didn’t include the application fees for i485 and has not received receipt probably because she didn’t include the fees because she didn’t know. would anyone suggest she make a fresh application with the fees included?

Last I checked there is no longer a fee for any of the associated forms when filed with vawa, and uscis no longer accepts money orders or paper-based payments. Has to be debit or credit card by completing form G-1650/1450

I paid zero for vawa or green card other than lawyers I recommended work with lawyers if you don’t wanna wait or rejected from them.
