im a us citizen. my wife i-130 approved but for her baby we didn’t file i-130 the baby. can we add baby as derivative in same i-130 ? can baby get same immigrant cr-2 visa ?

if you’re a US citizen then the baby need his/her own I-130
if you were a green card holder then they’ll have automatically added the baby to her already approved I-130 as a derivatives.

im a US citizens man. this things sucks. for GC holders they make things easy to bring the family but for US citizens they made it hard to bring family to the US. i don’t mine of filing i-130 but the processing time longer about 2 years.
