IJ granted adjustment, need Infopass Appointment
Hello,
I was in removal procedeeings and married after being served with NTA (notice to appear) in 2020. Two days ago I had my final court hearing over WebEx and IJ granted my adjustment. But my lawyer said to get my GC, I need to schedule an Infopass appointment. I called USCIS yesterday and requested urgent infopass appointment to get a stamp on my passport (i have a surgery), Tier 2 agent called me back this morning and said my field office does not have any openings and asked me to call back on Tuesday (monday is a holiday), and check back again.
My question is, when I call back tomorrow, can Tier 1 agent assist me with checking if any appointments are available or do they need to schedule a call back for Tier 2 agent again?
What should I do if they cant find any appointments within 10 days?

I think only tier 2 officers can make infopass appointments.

am also in the same situation my NTA master hearing is in Sept I already got EAD and i130 already approved can you advice on court hearing and what to expect thanks
