If someone withdraw their asylum status and go back to country and apply through marriage based green card. are they going to give visa to that person?

you can not claim asylum then withdraw and then go back to the country from which you claimed asylum and then try to get married to get a green card !!!
that is a frivolous asylum claim
also once you ring the asylum bell you can’t unring it !!!!
