if I’m a permanent resident (green card holder) as a consequence of an asylum, can I travel with my country passport? The Refugee Travel Document is taking so long. Thank you!
I don’t want to have problems reentering to USA.

Based on my experience you can travel without any issue. I have been traveling using TD & home country passport. advance parole with home country passport. Recent renewal passport with GC. no issue at all. good luck

@Santiago D if you go by the book, you are not allowed. In reality, many people do so without any consequences. Just make sure you aren't going to home country and have an excuse ready for USCIS officer why you did not use travel document.

what i have understood is that advance parole is something you want it because you have your documents pending in the USCIS than only you need Advance parole and RTD is something that you need if your home passport is expired or lost or something else. As @ Alex B said you should not travel to your home country but other than that you should be ok.
