get a lawyer to close open your car and file a motion to dismiss but before you do that apply for I-130 - that will help you get your case dismissed

Hire a lawyer to have your case close in court, you need to file a motion to have your removal dismissed/close so that way when you apply for adjustment of status , USCIS has jurisdiction to approve your case, if you’re still in removal proceedings, they can’t do anything , only the judge can get it dismissed.
