For sibling petition it is 20 years and you are only from 2023, you must be guided by the F4 visa boletin.

@ban ban doesn't matter which country you r from the approx wait time is between 15-20 years, with limited visa # & 7% per country cap wait time is longer..good luck with calling USCIS nothing much can be expected

did you know siblings petition take very long time (depending your country) my siblings petition date is 2018. still waiting.
