@nikkii P.M can you share process, kinda have a similar situation to yours. I sent I90 April 2022 because of wrong name, but I am thinking of joining the army.

I have questions the date issue is it the same date with I485?

when I send my I90 I put down my maiden name and my married name … but when they send me my I-551 they only have my maiden name. I send them an email that they forgot to put my married name.
