I90 GREEN CARD REPLACEMENT
Last year I lost my green card on a trip I had overseas. I had to get a re entry permit to the US which succesfully got approved and came to the US in May 2021. Around May 24th I submitted I-90 to replace my green card and had my biometrics appointment in June 24 (see my case timeline) and today October 14th it still says “Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS” It says it takes around 7.5-13 months to be processed, how accurate is this information? Is this actually true? I’d like to travel to my birth country to celebrate Christmas with family, it’s going to be 2 weeks, do you think I’ll get my green card before Christmas?
