I just got a i864w rfe in the mail after responding to the medical rfe for VAWA… I was hoping for an approval mail but it’s another rfe.

@hope courage is RFE about tax? what you should have asked instead is the content of the RFE….. @dee won You are about to get an approval, they are at the last stage of your decision . I guess as they were about to make decision after your medical they realize one more thing is missing which is what they put in your RFE. Quickly respond to it . Your interview is waived from my point of view. You will receive an approval notice immediately you respond to the RFE. come and thank me later.

oh i think it is right because you didn't file the i864w , i did file it so they dont send anything beside the medical
