So my spouse’s current income meets the income requirement but her previous individual tax return AGI does not meet. Do you think we’ll still need to have a joint sponsor? Any advise from anyone who’s had similar situation

this is my idea ! it's good if there is ! because after they review if they ask jonit sponsor it will be another wasted of time !

previous ones don’t matter because mg husband didn’t meet it last year but he met the requirement this year and I still got approved. the current year is what matters.
