i824 Vermont Service Center processing time
Hi guys, I applied on August/2/2021 for i824 for consular processing under approved vawa i360 alI got is my receipt.my case still pending it’s been 6 months I check the processing time is way too long does anyone in the same situation and approved the i824 and how long took it.

I applied Jan 4, 2022 to switch from AOS to consular processing with I-824 form. I just got an update on my I-130 getting approved again today with a notice that it will go to the NVC. I applied for a medical expedite Jan 27 and was denied so I got my congresswoman to apply for the same expedite last week. I have no updates on the I-824 form so idk if this is a successful expedite request.

I hope they will accept your expedite request congressman it’s the best way to request expedite.because I have i360vawa that’s why I couldn’t expedite request online I wrote a letter to uscis Vermont Service Center but no any update

@M H can you share which type of expedite request to submit USCIS? I will submit it as cancer.

@TY check the expedite request list under the medical issue I believe you can apply it’s better to have doctor reports after that write cover letter and call uscis call center tell them I want apply to expedite and have proof that want to submit online after that they will send you email you better to respond to the email in 48 hours
