hello everybody today and after having someone hopes up to hear something nice my i824 was denied for the second time it's been 15 month and I'm waiting for it to be transferred to nvc i still have hope that i will join my boys and husband soon i need some prayers here coz its very hard to live away from ur kids they are growing up day after day and im not sharing these moments with them...
is it fair that i824 form time processing is longer than i130 is it fair ....
sorry guys im so stressed out i just don't know what to do anymore

@Ola Al awar zeineddine what is the reason uscis gave for i824 denied? Kindly share and I pray for early approval

they said that my case doesnot meet one or more reasons of their expedite criteria I don't know what humanitarian reason is more than kids being separated from their mom , and my husband is disabled hes taking care of them alone and more than that the situation in lebanon is very bad all this and i got denied twice
