I765&I485
Is it true that we cannot file i765 and i485 for EB3-Unskilled? If its true then when will it be opened?

you can’t, depends on your PD. my PD is April 2022 and I expect that my PD will be current in 2025

If your PD is before Dec/2020, you can file it, but if it's after yes is true, you can't
