I had expedited twice still no response.

@Jackson what was your reason for expedite

I expedited my husbands 765 last week through calling USCIS. Two days later they received and reviewed it and two days later we got the message card is being produced and will be mailed. It took less than 7 days and I’ve seen other people who expedited theirs get theirs approved in 7 days. No request for evidence.

@JM my reasons are Job lose, financial issues, health care issues, eviction and other extra ordinary expenses..its more than 2 months no response.

@aryele what service center and what was the reason for expedite ?

@adriana cunha at the National Benefits Center. I learned you had to stay on them. I did an expedite because they was taking too long for our 765 and we wasn’t getting any updates. we became out of normal processing time and I was not going to continue to wait and wonder. They stated that I may have to show proof or send evidence but I didn’t have to.

@adriana cunha it was last October 2020. If I wouldn’t have done it they would have just let it continue to sit.
