Did you include any other proof other than the letter,example financial loss, job offer letter, medical issues? also when you call follow this step1.I want to know about my case 2. I did not receive one.3 service center 4.Yes 5.Yes these are answers to questions the robot will ask, answer them as I have written and you will get transferred to a live agent have your recipient number with you. Good luck

just say “update info” and you’ll be transferred to a live person.

EAD was approved got the notice in my documents even though case status isn't yet updated. God is good

@Kimberly L🇹🇹 no just the letter. I told them the truth I want to work so I can send myself back to school. I prayed over it and sealed it with faith. they approved it. Glory be to God

@Dom Doug 13 days. Production center seems to be a little delayed at the moment. But not to crazy

@O O I called and spoke with an agent then they emailed me about 3 days asking for evidence. they sent the number to fax it to
