how many days it took you to receive EAD after it was produced?

Once your AP is approved you will either receive the notice or have a status change. Just having the EAD with “not valid for re-entry” doesn’t necessarily mean your AP was denied. All non combo EAD cards have this restriction.

Sassy J, thank you for answering that, I was so upset because I filed for them together. So I don’t really know what to expect. I’ll call them tomorrow to see what they say! Naveed, my PD is Sep 3 my biometrics Oct 15. I got my work permit Feb 19th!!

did you ask uscis about this, why only i765 was approved when you did a concurrent filing of i765 and i131v ?

same here. it took them 20 days to receive process and send me my renewal ead without AP on it. NBC

i already had a ssn from CPT before. My i131 still says Case is being actively reviewed :(

@j y we’ll get it. it’ll prob just come afterwards like it used to in the past. it was a paper authorizing you to return

we were just informed by our lawyer that USCIS recently changed their policy and they’re processing EAD and travel permits separately to clear the backlog in EAD’s. even if you filled together, you might not get a combo card.
