how do I chat with Emma? I can’t find it on Uscis website

Search for Chat with Emma on their website. The 2nd link should open a pop up chat with emma and say Expedite request.. It might not give you an option to chat with them right away. Keep typing expedite request and live agent until it gives you option to select case status/greencard/and few other options. Select Greencard and it will ask few other questions and it should connect you to live agent. It might not work right away to connect you to LIVE Agent.. Keep trying until you do. Good Luck Roxy. Hi, Johnny congratulation. Can I ask you what did you say to the live agent? I chatted with one live agent a week ago and basically they closed the chat window when they checked my status.

The wait time will go fast. They keep disconnecting. Wait for your turn.

@dan, I told them, I need to expedite my i765 petition. And asked me for a reason, I told them, I got a job offer and I cant accept it, cuz I am not authorised to work and since I cant work, I have been affected financially and not being able to pay my bills and rent.

did you get an email from them before? what was the title of the email?

@chan. No they did not request it, and I did not submit it.

how long after u submitted the expedite did you get this email?

Did you do Biometrics before the i765 approval ?

@coco No. They used my old biometrics and didnt require a new one.

@Roxy, yes.. and you should get an email from USCIS in a day or two stating that they received your expedite request with your expedite request info. Once you get it, they will start working on your expedite request and give it 7 business days to hear back for the response from them.

@chan they will email you the decision even if they decide to deny the expedite request.

They might even ask for supporting documents, that you need to send. Just wait to hear from them, once expedited.
