yes approached congressman but they told us to wait for 90 days after the request is submitted..waiting is frustrating

what type of documents did you submit to congressman?

i think it was their office forms to get information about case and copies of application receipts

when were your biometrics done? did you file Medicals with your application?

hey .. mine is from Oct 20 as well EB1

I even completed my interview but no news after that. it’s been 3 months now

@Kartik Raghvan biometrics were done in March '21 and filed with medical documents

same here..i filed i765 &i131 on Oct 2020 and biometric done on May 2021.No updates yet.

yes..in Nov my i485 got transferred to National Benefit Center from Nebraska

s rk if you filed ur medicals along then perhaps you will get the GC directly .. hang on and hope for the best ..

Thanks AS, got downgraded from EB2 to Eb3 on Oct 2020. Unfortunately Eb3 dates got retrograde not sure about inter fililing,

I131 was updated today to "name was updated"..🤞 hope something good is going on
