i765 - NBC center
Looks like most of the April filers are getting their EAD approved right now (at NBC). But as per lawfully ‘PRO’ some cases filed between July 25 - Aug 15 2021 is approved as well. do we have anyone that got their ead approved and filed during above timeline ?

Lucas - is yours marriage too ? mine is EB3 .. it looks like marriage based are processed faster than employement based.

Shyam mine is marriage based, I rarely see people from the same office as me, wich is Newark.

@a d - yup that sounds reasonable .. since you had already filed through employment, it doesn’t make sense for you to file again through marriage .. but I ve seen marriage cases being processed comparatively quicker ..

hi @abdul and @a d .. any progress ? my case is still stuck and bio metrics received .. my friend that filed on June got his EAD
