i751 with stoke interview (LA)
That was a long way to get for this today.
We got interview seperately and it took around 1 hour to finish the test.
Interviewer was so calm and profession but the questions from that interviewer was mind bening.
Let me share questions that we were asked by.
1. How could meet your spouse
2. Which university I graduated (Since ESL or english school violated student visa immigration law, they were so strict. They asked me to show my graduation university bachelor degree diploma)
3.how much both of us make a year
4. how many spoons we have
5. How many windows are in bedroom
6. Do you watch TV show, what is the name of it?
7. How many cars do you have
8. How much you pay for mortgage?
9. When was the last trip? and where did you visit?
10. What is your spouse friends name?
11. Why both of you didnt have baby yet?
12. What is your spouse job and where she/he is working
13. What both of you do after work?

yes, the interviewer said our answers corrected about 90%. And he said i will get the 10 yrs card within this end of nov or beginning of dec.

what made them call you guys in for a stokes interview? most people don’t just received cards in the mail

@waiting patiently we don't know but my receipt number was WAC21xxxx1333. It was so weird because people applided 751 about 500th back to 300th ahead from my number got status msg "ready to be scheduled interview". Even though I took interview for i485 in california and papers and documents were prepared very well for i751. My immigranation lawyer also wondered why we took that stoke interview.

@ali L No. None of you asked was the reason that i heard from interviewer. The interviewer said i751 cases are tested strictly because there are too many fake marriage cases to exempt interview now. So he said the i751 interview will be going through more i751 applicants than the past.

may I ask what you guys submitted as evidence? interviews for 751 is one thing but a stokes interview is only done when there are actually have some specific suspicions

We submmitted through immigrant lawyers
joint document (bank,home mortgage,utility,insurance, travel pictures and so on)
affidavit letter
* we have not been blessed yet, so no kid.
There was no specific suspicions, our marriage is also first time as well.

I am not scared of no interview I don't have a lease though. we live together fight all the time. my anty in law saves me all the time. I am filling for i751 my lawyer thinks I will get an RFE since I don't have a lease. evidence that I have Joint car title. Insurance of the car. we bought the car together with my wife at the time I did not have a social security so I did not get on the loan and covid hit and thats how it stayed. I have bill cable and power I have joined account since we meet. she is a beneficiary on my 401k. and all that other stuff that u list a spouse on medical emergency contacts. No kids she can't have kids. its fine with me I was born alone so a dog will do just fine.
