i751 with a divorce waiver
okey guys journey just started again, this time with the i751 with a divorce waiver, my marriage didn’t go well with my ex wife so i decided to get divorced it wasn’t too long to get it done and as soon i got the degree i sent my application with all the documentation and proof that i had its a lot but i put it together and send it , let’s see how this goes in the mind time they send me a 48 month extension and a biometric appointment.. i will let you know if something happens, i hear this case take 2 to 3 years i the mind time i have been living my live by myself since my separation…

in New Jersey the divorce degree is take longer to final decision

@G M M I sent everything together in florida it only took like a month to get the final degree
