don't panic dear everyone case is different .you can wait to file citizenship but you might get a combo interview . however they are approving alot of 1751 without interview . but if you filed citizenship you'll get a interview .

I think it’s a good news for you brother. I was sent rfe 3times. and now it’s says my rfe was received. I’m just waiting for the decision now.

@Tee k Trust me, you do not want to keep calling them to bother them when filing a solo I-751, especially not during these times. You are still a permanent resident that has the ability to work and travel so just move on with your life. Like @Tunji Ogunshemi said, just wait because if you keep bothering them somebody is gonna get pissed and issue you an RFE and give you a whole lot of headache. Whatever you do, do not file for citizenship until your I-751 solo is approved.

@Tunji Ogunshemi I filed as solo but my marriage failed while my case was pending. So I have a lot of experience with this. If you did not send overwhelming evidence to support your waiver case then they will deal with you squarely. So, I were you, I will gather evidence to support your previous marriage like your life depends on it. Even as your ex and her family write you affidavits to support your application (if you are on good terms). Ever piece of paper your can fine is very important.

@Tee k Filing for citizenship is one way to guarantee an interview on your I-751. And if you are unlucky to get an asshole, he/she will crucify you, especially if you had a short marriage and from a country of concern that they designated recently. The main work on an I-751 should be done before you submit! File with overwhelming evidence that they won’t be left with a choice than to believe your marriage was in good faith. Once you file, move on and live your life till you hear from them.

@Mc Lab Nebraska went and the immigration officer stated their is a system issue so they will have to reschedule 🤦🏽‍♀️ she stated I have a lot of good evidence so next time it should be faster 🙏🏽🤞🏾

@Tee k had an interview in March went and the officer said system wouldn’t allow her to move forward with the interview, she mentioned I had a good case but they will have to reschedule! nothing after that still saying interview scheduled. just applied for my citizenship last month and did biometrics earlier this month
