yes @Jennie . it was . i got notifications that uscis already sent my receipt too, i also already got my case number. i was do research and its common that the paper will coming out in mail in around 3-4 weeks until 8 weeks

i just opened my account guys and its already pop up! :D i thought they will send it today to my mail. @Jennie . @N K

@jessica wong @N K as far as USCIS accepted your application, then your notice will definitely come.

USCIS typically mails out receipt notices within days of receiving the packet which would mean you should receive the notice within 7-10 business days.
