yes has being delaying , who knows maybe some of the stuffs on summer holidays

check your online account, they upload all your notices

I spoke with an agent yesterday about same, she told me they're having some delays and hopefully by August everything will be back on track

Check your MyUSCIS online account for the notices. Under Documents and then USCIS documents you will see everything that they mail to you there
