I751 Interview: Waver Case Divorce
Hi guys I had an interview last week on 30 June.

Field office: Newark, NJ.
I just wanted to share my interview experience with you guys, the immigration was rude and she didn't even say Hello Hi, and it was very tough interview and for 30 minutes. She has been asking me so many question and I was answering to each question.
At the end of the interview she told me we will let you the decsion in mail.
I didn't get any answer yet. Is anyone know how much time they take to send the decision. Because my online status is still saying interview was scheduled for 30 June.
Please let me know.

oh Wow! It too long. My I551 stamp in my passport is getting expired in December. so hopefully I will get approval before that.

I here you, my husband has his interview for naturalization in April 29th, by the way his PD is 2/14/20 (more than a year to get his interview) because my husband when he was young, he was stupid and immature he has a couple arrest like Loud car radio, street fight a WDUI. My husband told the officer was rude and he passed the interview and Civic test but the officer saids she couldn't make decision. Still waiting. Field office Newark NJ. It is annoying how this burocrats make thousand excuses to not work, last year because of the pandemic, this year almost everybody is vaccinated so what is the excuse now??

i had my interview on june 30 as well.
my pd Jan 2019. in my case i sued Uscis in May.
Interview was for 45 min. Officer was very rude and controlling. anyway me and my wife answered all questions and smiled in his face :)
he mentioned he could not do a decision on interview and we will receive a letter with decision.
According to a lawsuit, uscis given until mid August to make a decision

same thing, receipt was in dec of 2018, interview was done on feb 24th, no notice.

Hi guys, my I751 petition has been denied and they have terminated my status because of lack of evidence.
I don't know how much time they will take for removal proceeding.
Any one has the same issue here?
