I751 expedition
hello guys . I have question probably no one asked before .
I am waiting for my 10yr GC for 5 month now. I got invitation from my country to participate in basketball games and play for national team . do you guys know if this is good reason and I can expedite my case ?

I would say you can try it out an expedition of the processing of an I-751 petition is at the discretion of USCIS, and there is no guarantee that your request will be granted.

@Vladi gorda You cannot expedite I-751. You were given an extension letter, use it to travel.

@Vladi gorda do you have an extension letter for your Conditional Green card? if so and you are going to stay longer outside the U.S where your extension letter is going to expire call your local USCIS Field office and schedule an appointment to get a stamp on your passport
