my field office is dallas.. I filler in 2018 and my interview status changed in 2021 feb.

they are still reviewing 2018 cases , you may need to wait another 1 year.. if you see timelines for all local offices under i751

I check timeline for i751 at all local offices Priority date showing over there is December 2018. I guess you should receive some notice very soon. Because you are november 2018.
