could be a military priority !

I’ve seen in less than a week! how possible is it with fbi background check etc… They will tell you it takes a long time when actually it takes 24-48 hours for the background check. our applications just sit somewhere forever. I’m not sure if these guys are in the military or have other things going, but man being approved in less than a month is something… I’m sick and tired of waiting for mine

@Arg Na yes i agree. some cases are approved within 3-5months. above website show which cases were approved on daily basis. how long have u been waiting?

on case status I haven’t seen any 0921085 yet touched…. but it seems like they take a few here and there from the top lists… like 30-40 per blocks then the rest of us stays there forever

what frustrates me the most is seeing 40000 approved I-765 and 5-10k I-130 per week! they could flush all the I-751 IOEs in a week if they were focusing more on us…

what about the ones in California ? the wac service center @John Smith

unfortunately I don’t know. I’m an IOE but my service center is Vermont… I wish there was a way to see which service centers are associated with the IOEs… I would think California processes the ones you said and some of the IOEs right?

Hi @Arg Na did you apply and got a notice regarding your "Case its being actively reviewed" and did you submit your case in February? I have submitted my case on September 26, 2023, and they actively review in it with a notice as of October 6, 2023. Anyone else know what will be the timeframe for this as "approved" in California ?

my case also starts with ioe and Potomac center. they accidentally forgot about my case and only started processing when I called call center after 3 months. now finally they called me biometric and status says actively under review. I have no hopes and feel they’ll only finish mine with n400 so I’ve resigned myself to wait for that eigibility window.
