If they are satisfied with your response then they will approve. What did the NOID ask for?

what kinda case and what was the noid about?

to remove the conditions from 2 years green card I went to interview on August 2021 and we pretty ok so far and I’m still with my wife and I was full educated in us bachelors and master in engineering field and I work in big company also paying a lot of taxes I don’t why they acting like that

Did you miss any questions during the interview? did you submit enough evidence?

what was the reasons for the NOID after the interview? what are you being accused of

they sent the papers to my lawyer I will see him tomorrow

once you have a lawyer he or she should able to guide you on the next step forward

Mine got denied in 2019 after NOID. Reapplied in 2020 and got approved 14 days ago. make sure you address all the questions in the NOID and provide evidence to each discrepancy. my lawyer fucked me up when I received the NOID by asking for additional documents that were not related to the NOID. Get letters from people that live close by

Also, the timing of your response will play a vital role in you getting approved. Your lawyer might tell you “ you have 60 days to respond” but I say respond to this within the next week or so. That way the officer will not think you were fighting to gather evidence. Do this and get you case approved in the coming weeks

this is so frustrating to read, first we have to essentially go through the green card process twice, then the interview was months ago only to get a NOID now? The guy is educated, still with his partner and gets a NOID?!?! this is not ok. Qa plz keep us posted and best of luck, I’m so sorry u are going through this.

@Jude- we had a stoke interview n some of the answers did not match because my wife n I were not living together due to work. the officer was nice tho
