i751- Filing Fee will be returned
I got this update below on my case
“On September 27, 2023, USCIS made the decision to refund the fee of your Form I-751, Petition to Remove conditions on Permanent Residence.
Your refund will be mailed to the remitter on file. This refund does not affect the processing or location of your case.”
Anyone had the same issue or knows what this means. Its brought me a lot of anxiety

Just got a mail today that says my I-551 (conditional recodence) was issued with an incorrect date, therefore my filing of I-751 was too early through no fault of my own. USCIS apologizes for issuing the resident card with errors.
They’ve also given me a timeframe to file the I-751 that matches the updated record on my conditional residence.
