I730 withdrawal
I recently separated from my husband, when my asylum was granted I file I730 for him, now that we are getting a divorce, can I withdraw the I730 petition because we don’t live together any more. is anyone here has the same suituation if yes can you share your experience

you don’t have to withdraw it,you divorce him,the I 730 will be denied because it’s your petition.it’s wasn’t approved yet.
