@Amaan kaur is your spouse in the u.s or out of states and did you apply for i730.I applied in june 2022 for my wife still pending she is in u.s, please share your timeline thanks

yes my spouse in usa...he applied for us in December 2021...april they asked for rfe..we have sent on 29 april...then 24 july gave approval to I 730 FORM ...NOW its with nvc

yeah I am inside the US and the i730 that got approved are for my kids and my husband

@eve eve are they with you? if yes then it will be send to the NBC not NVC. But whatever way,USCIS will notify you on what next to do in the approval notice I believe

I do not know how long it takes but hopefully it will be sooner than you expect

Hi, I am confused because in my case Uscis approved petitions in july 2023 and after a month issued RFE , same day I response , it’s over a month to submit RFE response , Q is anybody have experienced same as it.

RFE about they ask i589 1 page missing in their system I send a whole copy which I use for court filling. what’s your opinion how long processes in Uscis and NVC until interview kindly share timeline.

@Ahmi Ahmi USCIS takes atmost 3months to give a decision after response to RFE. After the decision,the case will be send to the NVC,it will take 2weeks or more depending on your embassy. There after you will receive your letter from the NVC

@eve eve yes it was approved on the 25th Oct and send to NVC but I haven't heard anything from NVC. PLEASE @eve eve how long did it take NVC to notify you and what documents did you summit at the NVC. Thank you for the reply

you need to go to NVC website and do an inquiry for the case number and the invoice number so you can check the status online
