can beneficiary apply for work permit if he’s in the states???

@sunny saini it’s been 5 months now. my biometrics were done in November but the app still shows that my fees were waived and biometrics are the next step. it’s hard to wait and don’t know what to do and how long to wait.

@sunny saini tbh you are the first person I have founded online regarding i730. Tried asking on Reddit many times but found no one. The USCIS won’t tell anything about the case too. What are the things we can do as a beneficiary?? I mean, studies.

the truth is bro we can't do anything just wait for the approval. you can apply and study that not a issue if you have funds. my brother got the interview not me, since we send the joint application together.

@sunny saini it’s hard to wait bro. have you tried asking your congressman??? you can file for help to your congressman and he/she can help you with your case. I can’t file it because it’s not much time and I have to wait. the system’s messed up and you never know how much time it’s gonna take. But atleast I have an idea now and I should be having patience as it can take long time. But not being able to do much stuff(cz can’t apply social security) before the approval is hard.

@jiya search who’s the congressman in your area. He/she may have have a website and on his/her website there will be a portal for immigration. you can request for his/her help and you can fill the file online.

@jiya p search on YouTube:how to get help from congressman regarding miming ration. there are many videos on YouTube which provide steps to do that. They can help on expediting the case.
