is it normal to not receive a i693 deficiency letter even if I didn’t have it filed with the i-485 package?

I’ve seen people with same/similar PD and getting the i-693 Deficiency letter so that’s why I’m a little concerned

Yes it is normal. I never received the courtesy deficiency letter last year when I had filed for my AOS. Didn’t send it with the original filing either. Just took it with me to the interview.
