I don’t think so. They could give it too you sooner but the civil surgeon ask for one week to finish the form. Mine took about 6 days counting weekends.

I sugest you to bring it to the interview, there is a chance they could accept it, if not, try to have the civil surgeon write a note that could help. The other thing is that they could request a rfe and you’ll have time to do the exam again, then you just mail them the medical, answering the rfe, as soon as the uscis receive it they will certainly approve you and it won’t take a long time. You can explain them that situation that you wouldn’t have the time to have the medical at the interview because it take a week to be ready. (sorry for the long text) good luck!

if you i693 is already with USCIS since 2020, if you sent it together with i485, you don’t need another medical exam unless otherwise asked for it. The i693 validity was extended due to covid delays at USCIS. It is still valid until 2023 if you sent it in 2020. You must read news about it on USCIS
