Ideally I wanted to submit with my i-485 then I came to know that USCIS has revised the fee for travel document and ESD card so in the order to not applied that fees I did submit my case on September 28 and that time my medical was not approved by hospital. So in short I had submitted my medical after 1 week of my i485 submission my medical was submitted on October 4 however my i485 was submitted on September 28 2020

many here in the forum warned me that uscis will lose your medical forms and recommended me to wait till an RFE is issued. I sent mine with my i485 while we are still holding on to my wife's form until we get an RFE. have you considered writing to uscis along with some proof (shipping confirmation etc.) to show that u have mailed the medical forms?

they have stated in the deficiency Notice that "you will be required to submit information and evidence only if you receive an interview notice in the mail so you can bring the information and evidence required to your interview appointment or submit the evidence in case you receive RFE without interview." so right now my attorney said since we didn't get any RFE we don't need to take care of it? do you think i am on the right track?

yes. if you got no RFE in the mail just wait for the interview date and take the medical with you. they’ll ask you for it then.

perfect one more thing is do you think I should ask my attorney to provide the proof of submission such as tracking receipt or shipping details/receipt something?

well that its up to you. but it doesn’t change anything. Once they ask you for it during the interview your are not go “ oh here’s proof that I sent it”...because the only thing they care is to see the paper in that exact moment. other wise you are risking the officer just tell “ oh we’ll look into that and let you know” ( wich you don’t want because you just want to get that over with). so yeah, depends on you for sure.
