i601a waiver
been waiting since june 2024 and feels like im gonna be waiting for so much longer . doing an i 601 a waiver for my husband who has been here more than 20 years , he cannot even get e work permit with this type of application. this is just so exhausting. i hope everyone gets their approval fast! praying for all!

Unfortunately, long waits for I-601A cases have become very common. It's especially difficult because the pending waiver itself does not provide work authorization. Hopefully you receive good news soon!
