Never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

I read online that when they transfer the case it’s to an office closer to you to schedule the interview… it’s been almost 8 months and I still have not received an update.

they transfer mine 3 times last year and last transfer was to nebraska september last year and still nothing
