Please people never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

I did find on YouTube that they just started working on Sept 2020, means another year, hopefully things speed up!

dont write mandamus , my experience i paid 3500$ tgey denied , and my file date is nov 2020! mandamus i wouldnt recomend do your own research ! good luck

My Lawyer did say “DONT RECCOMEND IT” it makes it worst, she said that after I suggested it.
