same here waiting since nov4-2020! this year transfer 2 times , been one month no update

I just got an update last night that they are working on cases from mid February 2020 so looks like things are moving, hopefully it won’t be long for our turn 🥺

I’m also Nov 2020, and my case was also transferred twice. My wait has been agonizing. Please post updates here, happy to post as well. 🙏🏻

i p how long since your last transfer ? and where they tranfer to? mine was originally Nebraska. they transfer Potomac than after month they transfer back to Nebraska , now it’s been one month since they tranfer back to Nebraska ! did your lawyer say anything?

@Darden Fl mine was exactly like yours. it was in Nebraska. First week of June it transferred to Potomac, then back to Nebraska a week later. It has not been a month, and nothing. My lawyer said that many of their clients has the same thing happen, and that they hoped it was a good thing (that things were moving), but didn’t say anything else. What about yours?

I p same , lawyer said : they are trying to do the transfers in order to accelerate the adjudication. let’s just hope and pray Biden wakes up and do something for us who waiting for so long not just for ppl who’s coming now !
