My submission date was December 2022 .

Hi Elvin, I know it’s hard to be waiting for this long, but technically they’re still under their time frame. I believe they are asking for 42 months. I also believe good news are pretty close for you. Good luck!

@TBB #waiver was your I601A approved? I got Document Qualified last week and now I’m waiting for a spot at the Brazilian embassy for the interview.

@TBB #waiver Se Deus quiser está chegando! Apliquei pro I601A em Dezembro de 22, fingerprint em Fevereiro de 23 e fui aprovado em Abril de 25. Já mandei todos os documentos pro NVC e estão todos aprovados, agora é só esperar o pessoal da embaixada no RIo pra marcar. Fique forte! as coisas vão dar certo! abraço
