I485j job change
Hi,
I just had my ead card approval but have found a new job (same occupation, different metropolitan area). would there be a problem if i dont work for my original employer but file i485j? will bdv sue me?

they just scare you. go for it. by the way did you get hired by the new employer? you have to ask and explain for the new employer about your situation. I wished I could do this before moving to another state.

does the type of business matter? like if it was a full service restaurant before and now it is a limited service restaurant? but same type of job
