Try calling them here: (800) 375-5283. say: “haven’t received receipt notice”- they will connect you to an agent, give them your I485 case number and tell them you haven’t received notice for I485J

they will most likely give you the case number for it and then mail you the receipt notice

yeah I’ve tried that several times but unfortunately they just say that they don’t see any I485J request on their end

@m m when I filed, i received the notices for everything, except for J. I called USCIS and they gave me the case number, and some days later I received the letter in the mail. try calling them, so that they can at least give you the number and add it to your cases for tracking.

@m m I see, how did you confirm that they received the RFE response? was it through a case status change or did you try calling them? my case status changed to “correspondence was received and USCIS is reviewing it” but I’m unsure if that changed due to the interfilling as the case status changed a few months after the interfilling and wondering if it could be due to a service request.

@m m the receipt notice for J seems inconsistent. some receive it at time of filing, others some months after - maybe when an officer picks it up to review the files. in my case they didn’t send it until I requested it. it’s weird that it couldn’t be delivered to you or the law firm (maybe they never sent it), but at least you know they have it! does it show “fees were waived”?

@R R my lawyer told me there is no receipt notice for interfiling. the only thing there is is delivery receipt of UPS. So this is expected. in my case they were processing EB2, filed an interfiling to tell them to process EB5 instead - but bc there is no receipt, for the purposes of renewing your AP/EAD you go ahead with the original GC process (in my case EB2 AP and EAD) hope this makes sense.
