i485/i765#Asylee derivative
Hello Everyone,
how long an asylee derivative have to wait to apply for Green card ? And about the EAD , the form I 765 was submitted at the port of entry and got the ssn already but nothing heard about EAD,so do we need to apply again ?
p.s : Derivative arrived at U.S

1. I will recommend to file for adjustment of status after accumulating 6 months of physical presence in United States.2 Asylee and their family members are not required to have employment authorization to work.

Thanks @Alex B Do you have any idea what supporting documents are we supposed to submit along with i485 for derivatives??
