I've seen couple i485 get approved without interview for the conditional GC and the most recent one was last week but for the i751 you'll definitely get interview whether filing joint or with waiver.... Cases are different though as well as outcomes

@D D that’s what I’ve seen in many cases or if u get interviewed for conditional GC 80% of the time u don’t go in for the 10 year

yes. @yeniffer holguin if you provide a lot of evidence and have no red flags. are you talking about AOS or a standalone 130?

that’s what I thought too but it says that it’s almost impossible be granted with 10 years green card without interview.. i485 I’ve see a bunch but not the i751.

@lorena reagin it happens, but the two processes without interview, i485 and i751 I have never see that happening

@boo 🐻 @D D guys do yourself a favor and use the search tool in this app. select 751 for the timeline and look at people who have been approved. MANY without interview. they give a lot of 10 year green cards via the 485 as well when people have been married >2 years by approval time. some of y’all seem like you’ve got something to hide … they’ll know.

I ask the question because I saw someone talking about it on tictok and I say to myself this is the best place to pop the question to see if it happened to anyone before…I’ve never heard of someone get both cards without one interview so I was curious that’s all
