there has been reported delays on this receipt notices! Contact your congressman, they can help by making a direct inquiry to USCIS and that can help speed the issue of your receipt

@Tatiana Calderon have you contact USCIS? because it never takes that long, my thoughts are that either your receipt got lost in the mail or the package was never received by USCIS! or if you change address and did not update with USCIS then definitely your receip was lost!
