@B. M. by next week you should have approved 1-2 weeks

It's possible they started reviewing your case, and are making sure you did all the necessary things that need to be done before your case can be approved. And which includes biometrics. So, they are now righting their wrongs to make sure that nothing is missing before giving the approval verdict.

I’m on my 1430 days total…I got that update a month ago… Few of us have the same situation… Our time is coming hopefully 🤞 🙏🙏🤞

@b.m if rfe notice Said waiting on medical to make final decision it means interview will be waive and you go green soon.

you are close and it wont take more than a month or less. I felt same way till I got my own approval yesterday. it’s a relief and I believe everyone here is close to theirs

@B. M. the update said biometrics because that's literally the most recent update. You are on the path of approval because at least there's movement on your application. Just relax. A watched pot never boils! :)

@Kerry S I understand that but biometrics was done 3 years ago and I haven’t seen that update on a lot of timelines here before approval. the wait is getting to me but we’ll get there. 🤞🏻🙏🏼

@B. M. you need to file I-765 so you can get EAD else you'll have to wait 4 years till your Vawa is approved

@Niki D they granted appeal in April. But!!!! They sent the RFE for medical to old address of my lawyer. And it is expired already (request). I even didn’t know that they sent some letter. I called in June twice, spoke to Tier 2 officer, they told you have to wait for RFE(it means they still haven’t sent it) or call in August. I called and what do you think?!🙈 They stated we sent it in April and it is expired in July!!!! Can you believe! WTF?! Again???? I went to FO (made infopass), they told they will figure out why it happened. Hopefully without appeal this time🙏🏻

wow…that’s crazy….I’m sorry for you…. .. hopefully they will figure out, because it’s definitely a huge mistake from them… I believe you will be fine, they will correct it and then approve you for GC possibly faster! Try to keep calling them and ask them where they are with the process… fingers crossed for you 🤞🤞

@Niki D I am waiting for their call. The officer promised to call back and sent RFE so I can bring the medical to FO without sending it by mail. Hopefully she will keep her promise. Let’s see. But thank you for encouraging 🙏🏻 And yes, both times it was their mistake. But we pay for it🤬

uscis needs to apply your biometric, photo to your i 485 case before to produice the green card...i think it the last step .. so they use the former biometric the one we did 4 ou 5 years ago.. im in same boat with you. i did interview 2 years ago. its now my case changed to fingerprints were taken.. so good sign for us
